So last month a viral video was given a boost of hits when the Daily Mail reported on the video of Thomas Gray, a stag do attendee who made a video back in 2012 that has now gone beyond 1.5 million views on YouTube. Tom's video sees him recalling the events of what he described as a 'mental' stag do. This actioned packaged stag event involved the lads going to watch Sherlock Holmes at the cinema (in July 2016 god only knows which film), consuming a whopping 16 slices of Pizza at Pizza Hut, getting tanked up in the Wetherspoons and ending the Stag doo at a 'mental' night club where the boys managed to soldier on till a 'ridiculous hour of 1 o'clock.'

Tom meticulously describes the events for us on camera of the groom Jonno. He instantly grabs your intention by describing the party as 'the greatest weekend of my life'. Tom also said 'They're such a great bunch of lads actually, I didn't know some of them but they grew on me - and now we're friends for life. 'There was a lot of banter, you know, we were sort of ripping each other and to be fair, I was mainly the brunt of the jokes.'

He then points at the camera, adding: 'If that's my role, I'll take it' - before erupting in to fits of laughter although we can't help but thinking that amongst the bravado you can’t help but think that there is a hint of sadness lurking, bless him.

Tom talks about his drinking achievements where is generously orders 17 shots for the boys, he says: 'Shot, shot, pint, shot, pint - sick' before adding 'it's in the name of marriage, so it's all right to be like that really.' Tom is clearly beside himself with excitement as he claps his hands above his head before chanting 'lads, lads, lads, lads'.

Well hats off to Tom, we can only hope that his video is genuine and if not it’s a cracking piece of character acting. However we reckon Jonno’s Stag Do would have been even more memorable if Jonno, Tom and their crew of 15 others had donned our Union Flag Stag Suits whilst in London town. Who knows our Stag costumes may have provided them all with the extra boost to stay beyond 1pm!
